Returns

ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION AND MUST INCLUDE ALL PEICES IN THE PACKAGE OR YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.

START AN ONLINE RETURN:

Please have your order number and zip code ready to proceed. Pack your items safely and neatly in the original box with all pieces inside. All return costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the items arrived damaged or incorrect.

LIST OF NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

  • Custom Items 
  • Gift Cards
  • Clearance Items
  • Items already assembled 
  • Items marked "Non-returnable" on product page

Most orders are eligible for returns or exchanges if processed within 15 days of the delivery date for a refund or store credit. If you fail to follow the instructions for the return, or send back a used item not in original conditions, you will not receive a refund. All returns are subjected to a 10% re-stocking fee.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURN OF ITEMS:

  • Unused
  • No Scratches 
  • Original packaging with all pieces
  • No marks or folds
  • Within 15 days of delivery

If you fail to comply with the return requirements, you will not receive a refund. All products must arrive in mint condition as received. We will have images on file if your return fails to meet requirements.

REFUNDS:

All refunds can be made via the following formats

  • Original form of payment
  • Store Credit
  • All shipping fees are not refundable
